Faller Leaflet Academy

After six months of training, two of our employees completed the internal further training to become machine and plant operators at the Leaflet Academy in Binzen. The two employees from Outsert passed the exam on 02 February 2023.

What a great success! Through the training, our two colleagues have expanded their knowledge and can now perform their work in the department at a higher level. We wish them both continued success in their careers. The department is proud of their achievements and looks forward to supporting and encouraging them further. Congratulations!

The Leaflet Academy in Binzen is not only used to train current apprentices, but also to train and develop employees at the site. Here, the common types of folds can be learned and applied both theoretically and practically. The basics in developing package inserts and creating hand and customer samples are also on the timetable. In addition, knowledge about decoding and creating folding codes and setting all common monitoring systems is passed on.
