As it is important at the moment to help, support, show compassion and affection for each other, our trainees and their training manager Victoria Ziebold came up with the idea of starting a balloon campaign in three nursing homes in our region.
Our 26 trainees have taken everything into their own hands at our three German locations in Waldkirch, Binzen and Schopfheim: They designed and printed the cards themselves and then distributed them to all the residents. The seniors could then write their wishes, beautiful experiences and adventures on them to share.
Afterwards our young colleagues tied these cards to helium-filled sustainable balloons and let them rise together with the residents who watched from the windows. All participants enjoyed this action and hope that nice contacts and conversations will result.
