We welcome our new trainees and students! 
On Monday, September  2nd 2024, our new colleagues started with an induction week in our company.

A total of 21 apprentices and students have decided to start their careers at Faller Packaging.

During our induction week from September 2 to 6, the new apprentices and students were given a comprehensive insight into their new working environment and the opportunity to get to know each other. In addition, all new trainees and students from the three German locations came together in Waldkirch. With lunch breaks and delicious food, there was also enough time to exchange ideas and make initial contacts.

A special highlight was the trainee rally across the company, during which the new colleagues visited various departments to answer questions about Faller Packaging - a great opportunity to gather first impressions and get to know new faces. At the end of the induction week, an exciting team event took place at each location - Waldkirch, Binzen and Schopfheim - which provided additional cohesion.

We wish our new apprentices and students lots of fun and a great start to their careers! It's great to have you here at Faller Packaging!
