Bellwyck Packaging Inc. with headquarters in the Canadian Toronto has expanded its Bellwyck Pharma Services to the American company PCI Pharma Services, including its 50- percent stake in of Bellwyck Faller Pharmaceutical Services GmbH, which is located in Großbeeren (Brandenburg). Faller Packaging, owner of the other 50 percent of the joint venture, sold its stake in the supplier of Contract Packaging Services as well as packaging and logistics services for clinical studies also to the PCI Pharma Services.
"Bellwyck Faller Pharmaceutical Services GmbH is an independent company with its own portfolio and clientele. The sale to PCI Pharma Services gives it excellent opportunities to continue to develop and grow very positively," says Dr. Daniel Keesman, managing partner of Faller Packaging. "Our goal is to continue to intensively expand the good cooperation even after the dissolution of the joint venture".
According to Bellwyck Packaging Inc., its packaging and logistics services for clinical trials have developed rapidly. It required a larger partner in order to be able to expand the product range of Bellwyck Pharma Services and offer employees adequate personal and professional development prospects. With PCI Pharma Services, the company has found a partner that makes this possible. PCI has been in the market for more than 50 years and has a global team that offers innovative solutions for the drug supply chain.
