Faller Packaging presents secondary packaging for pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare products
Medicines and medical equipment in paper pouches? Faller Packaging has launched sustainable secondary packaging in the form of paper pouches – and now is the right time to present the new product in a webinar and discuss it with users.
Paper pouches as secondary packaging for medicines and medical devices – Faller Packaging has put the idea through the internal product innovation process – and the results are convincing! Both the independent life cycle assessments and collaboration with material and manufacturing experts have confirmed the pouches’ feasibility and their reduced carbon footprint.
The durability and functionality of the paper pouches meet the industry standards of conventional secondary packaging. However, what makes them particularly impressive is their lower weight, which reduces storage, transportation and waste volumes, while various paper types with and without coating ensure the flexibility of application options. The pouches offer integrated first-opening protection, are recyclable and can be disposed of in a waste paper bin after use. Sarina Diebold, Product Owner Paper Pouches, says, “The paper pouch is a very smart, new type of packaging for the pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare sector. We can use it to map various applications and it also complies with product protection standards.” This paves the way for the further development of sustainable, functional and sealable paper packaging.
To officially present the product, answer questions and discuss suggestions with decision-makers, Faller Packaging is now offering the “Paper Pouches: New secondary packaging for pharmaceuticals, medtech and healthcare” webinar. The German-language online events will take place on the 26th of November and the 4th of December. The lectures in English are planned for the 27th of November and the 5th of December. During registration, interested parties will have the opportunity to submit their questions in advance. The experts from Faller Packaging, Product Owner Paper Pouches Sarina Diebold and Product Manager Niklas Mößner, will answer them directly in the webinar.
